To increase awareness of the field of microbiology, as well as, to support faculty and especially students in their research endeavors.  Our main avenue for this support is through our annual meeting held each spring in various locations throughout Indiana. The annual meeting is a platform in which both undergraduate and graduate students can present their research through both poster and oral presentations.
